At the Tower Hamlets Council Annual General Meeting on 15-May, Green Party Councillor Nathalie Bienfait was voted in as the lead on the Environment & Climate Emergency Scrutiny Committee. Councillor Bienfait’s appointment reflects her strong commitment to environmental issues and to the Green Party’s principle of seeking to work constructively with other parties.
