HIV – ‘NOBODY SHOULD SUFFER STIGMA OR LACK OF ACCESS TO TREATMENT’

Zack Polanski, Author at Impakter

Green Assembly Member Zack Polanski has supported a move to reduce cases of HIV in London.

Nine boroughs have higher rates of late diagnosis than the national average.

A motion in the London Assembly, seconded by Zack, demands the Mayor ensures new cases of HIV are reduced by 80% and eradicated by 2030.

It is part of a new awareness campaign called Do It London which highlights that HIV is both preventable and treatable.

Zack says – ‘Nobody should suffer stigma, fear of lack of access to treatment when it comes to HIV.’
