The Greenwich and Bexley Green Party has announced Jonathan Rooks will contest the Old Bexley and Sidcup by-election on December 2.
Jonathan is a long-standing resident of Sidcup and highly respected in the community.
His wealth of experience is diverse, from time as a soldier for the King’s Own Royal Border Regiment to achieving a degree in Zoology.
Currently he is Chairperson of Greener Bexley and a senior lecturer in Accounting at London South Bank University. Greenwich and Bexley Green Party call Jonathan a true local champion’ and say they are ‘absolutely delighted that Jonathan will contest this seat and provide an opportunity for Green Party supporters to vote for people and planet at the upcoming election’
