Poll suggests three quarters of voters in Haringey want London Mayor with green agenda

More than three quarters of voters say they would be more likely to vote for a London mayoral candidate with a strong environmental agenda.

Polling organisation ICM asked voters in Enfield and Haringey whether they would be more or less likely to vote for a candidate who would act on a range of green issues.

Of the 2,000 voters asked, 77% say they are more likely to vote for a Mayoral candidate who committed to London making more use of clean energy in order to reduce dependence on fossil fuels.
