Stanmore Society hosted successful public meeting on air pollution

Caroline Russell came to Stanmore, as promised, to meet with a community group the Stanmore Society concerned with the state of their local town centre.

The step-free access has no lift at the station despite a hospital nearby.

A new school in the area has a lot of parents dropping off kids by car.

Caroline who is the Green Party’s spokesperson on transport said that even inside the car, which takes in air from the tail pipe of the vehicle in front, children are not safe from invisible but deadly pollution.

Caroline will take part in a regular assembly members question time (AMQT) with the London Green Party members meeting at 7.30 on Wednesday 22nd, in West-Central London.
